  I was there to pickup a order the guy refused to hand me the order even though it was sitting there. He spent 5 min arguing with me about how he had to pack an order still not handing me the order. This is was first time experience from a fast food as well.

  On Feb 2nd of this year I made a large online order. Not only did the order not show up because the location decided to close early that day or not open at all. They have yet to issue my refund after repeated calls to the store and head office. Everytime I speak to someone from the store they tell me it's been issued and I will get it in 2-5 business days. This conversation has taken place 4 times already. The other times I have attempted to call I am ignored. No follow up no call back. Today is April 7th and I have yet to receive my refund. This location is a complete joke of an operation and they are stealing people's money. Where is KFC head office in all of this? I'm writing this review as my final attempt to get my refund before I have to escalate this matter legally.

  I had the worst customer experience at this KFC restaurant. Please avoid it if you can. To prepare a company event, I pre-ordered buckets of fried chicken and paid in full amount, 4 days in advance. The chef manager and I agreed with the pick-up time. However, when I arrived, my orders were not ready within another 55 minutes. The staff appeared very rude and arrogant, saying either I should wait, or he will "pass my orders", give me REFUND or DARK chicken. Such a threat was completely unacceptable. The staff didn't show any reliablity and commitment for the pre-orders, no respect to the customers at all. Would never go back again.

  I NEVER RECEIVED MY DELIVERY ORDER!!! I placed an order for pickup by mistake called the store spoke to someone they said they will cancel the order and for me to order delivery. I NEVER RECEIVED MY DELIVERY ORDER I CALLED THE STORE NUMEROUS TIMES BEFORE THEY CLOSED AND NO ONE ANSWERED!!! STORE IS NOW CLOSED NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER AND CANNOT CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY ARE ALSO CLOSED WHAT IN THE ACTUAL HELL!!!!! IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD!!!! IT EVEN SHOWS IN MY ORDER HISTORY THAT BOTH ORDER ARE STILL PENDING EVEN THOUGH THE STORE CLOSED ALREADY AND ONE ORDER WAS SUPPOSE TO BE CANCELED . HOW DO YOU NOT DELIVERY A CUSTOMERS ORDER IT IS UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!! OUT MONEY AND NO FOOD SMH!!!!! I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN!!!

  This is the closest KFC to me. Love KFC but after several trips here I will stop going to this one. They seem to overfry their chicken, chicken skin is brittle. Not crispy, brittle. They got my last delivery wrong. I called and they knew it was wrong but still sent it bc they were out of my actual requested item. Said to come back tomorrow to one up. How does this pass as good service?
