When you stand at the counter to place an order, there is an unpleasant smell coming from the area. Even when you order something as simple as fries, more than half of them are burned. Everything seems so messy in the kitchen that you even find random pieces of fried chicken mixed in with the fries. This location seriously needs better management, cleaner conditions, and more attention to food quality.
