  WARNING: DO NOT EAT HERE! DISGUSTING HYGIENE VIOLATIONS I am beyond horrified by my experience at the KFC in Fairview Mall. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. This establishment is a walking health hazard, and I am genuinely concerned for the public’s safety. The Issues: Zero Hygiene Standards: The staff—reportedly under specific management/ownership—show a complete and utter lack of basic sanitary protocols. Contaminated Food Handling: I witnessed workers handling food with their bare hands. No gloves, no sanitization, nothing. It is absolutely stomach-turning to watch someone touch surfaces or their face and then handle the food you’re expected to eat. This SRI LANKAN OWNED KFC BRANCH none of them were wearing gloves and one man was itching his ear. This was beyond any standard. They do not care about ordinary people. Avoid this place. Unsanitary Environment: The overall lack of cleanliness among the staff is blatant and frankly, dangerous. Final Verdict: I will NEVER step foot in this location again. It is repulsive, unprofessional, and a lawsuit waiting to happen. TO THE FOOD HANDLING AUTHORITIES: Please investigate this branch immediately. This isn't just a "bad day"—it's a systemic failure of health standards. Someone is going to get seriously ill if this isn't addressed ASAP.

  One of the best KFC locations. Food is also fresh and delicious. The service is also excellent as the staff are friendly and efficient. I’ve ordered food here many times and have experienced minimal wait times.

  Waited 20 mins for something not even edible. 10$ Tuesday special is not so special. Extra salty soggy chicken and soggy fries are waiting for you.
