Then the great service continued with our server Alexis she was attentive and brought our food out hot and fresh and it was sooo good biut with great food & with the staff like that would absolutely.come back to this place anytime and recommend it to anyone

Great atmosphere and an excellent location, just steps from Union Station and an easy walk to Rogers Centre, which made it a perfect spot before the Blue Jays game. The service was also excellent from start to finish.
There were four of us dining. We shared the arancini and calamari to start, and both appetizers were very good. Two people ordered the Landing Burger and both really enjoyed it. Another person tried the plant-based burger but wasn’t a fan.
I had the fish tacos, which unfortunately I wouldn’t recommend. The fish was mostly batter with very little actual fish. The flavours were okay, but the texture wasn’t great. On the positive side, the sweet potato fries were really good and definitely worth ordering.
Overall, it was a solid experience. I’d definitely go back for the atmosphere, service, and location, I’d just try something different from the menu next time.

I want to start by saying the food was excellent (thus the 2 stars). 5 stars to the kitchen team. It was fresh and tasted amazing. The service was a significant gap. We arrived at 11am and by almost 1130 not one server had come into our area (there were other tables in same situations us). The part that was concerning is that during this time four servers were standing at the front host area talking away with no notice of customers. I finally flagged down a server who was standing on her phone by the kitchen area and explained we had been there for over 30min with no service. She said she didnt start her shift for a bit but she would help us. It sounds great she wanted to help but now we felt awkward as she wasnt technically working. The appropriate response would have been I am sorry and will get you a server. When we finally ordered food came in 20 minutes but we still didnt have our drinks. I had to ask another server where our drinks were. They were forgotten. All this time there were servers gathering on and off by the hosting station just chit chatting including our server (who i guess was technically not on shift but helping us). Honestly if you look at my review history I typically only give strong reviews as I want to highlight excellent businesses but this was such poor management. This is a front of house service issue and hoping you can take time to fix this to improve the overall experience for future patrons. Culture (which is established by management) creates customers experience and this culture needs work.

I went to Kelly’s landing for a good friend’s birthday party. We had a reservation and had to wait 15 minutes to speak to someone and when we did it was another roughly 5 before we got sat. The restaurant wasn’t super busy but the service was extremely slow. We were there for almost three and a half hours - only reason being the service speed. Half an hour to get waters then another for drink orders and then when food orders finally went in it, was an hour and half for our extremely cold food. We had to send most of our food back or just be okay with it because we realistically didn’t have time to reorder anything. For a special occasion birthday we were extremely disappointed with the service, food quality and portions. Atmosphere is fine but tables took forever to be cleared so unsightly in that way.
