Harvey’s advertising campaign pushes making your hamburger a beautiful thing and making it the way you want but restricts toppings. I asked for three ingredients, one being pickles. You don’t limit to four slices. I’m not getting other ingredients despite my entitlement so you’re not losing money in giving one additional slice in lieu of tomato and other toppings. And to restrict my other guests pickles first to only one slice was pathetic. Get you act together Harvey’s. EDIT: so Harvey’s trying to reach out to me was just another ploy to tell me the same story. Not much help there. Manager claims tender was rejected to ensure safety and accuracy of the transaction and in the same breath says they accept $100 bills. Double talk. And odd since the register first added $0.50 cents more to the transaction than what was required leading to confusion regarding making change up to paper money. They also confirm they restrict toppings of pickles and tomatoes contrary to advertisements. I reiterate: get your act together Harvey’s.
