  First timer - loved the broccolis as the appetizer. I like that even tho its a bit comfort food, they put a lot of veggies in it. The fries were delicious. Great service from Jan, thanks for the recommendations!

  I’ve been going to Fresh for years whenever I’m in Toronto, and the Yonge & Eglinton location is close to where I stay. We ended up coming in two days in a row — partly because I couldn’t decide what I wanted the first time, so we had to come back for round two. Our server both times, Ala, was so great. We were a bit “high maintenance” in a fun way, tweaking drinks and making little changes, and she was super friendly and accommodating. When we came back the next day and she recognized us, she was genuinely happy to see us, which was really sweet. Fresh always delivers so many good, healthy vegan options. I love the wraps and bowls, and the Cobb salad and that miso gravy never miss, but this time the service really stood out.

  I went to fresh at the Yonge and eglinton location, to say the least I had an unfortunate first time experience. I ordered a single lemonade drink somewhere around 8:03pm, I was expecting my order to be pretty quick since it wasn’t as busy and there were multiple staff available busy today. I waited around 15 minutes and finally got my order at 8:20. The staff member, I don’t recall her name however she gave my drink with an apology acknowledging that she forgot my drink. I was extremely disappointed in their service as I heard amazing reviews about this place. I hope the management here can resolve this issue and have a discussion with their staff members. In this photo below, you can see the drink is smaller than my hand. As I was waiting I saw three other orders come before mines that were packed in a huge bag. I really hope that this review can help with your staff management and awareness. Thank you so much for your time.

  Fresh Kitchen + Juice Bar on Eglinton has amazing fresh options and great flavors. Everything tastes clean and well-made. Special thanks to Nisha for the excellent service, she was friendly, attentive, and made the experience even better!

  I have to say, as someone who doesnt even stick to a Vegan Diet, this was such a lovely experience. The server Ala, gave me arguably the best service i’ve ever gotten - was so warm and kind, it literally made the rest of my day so much better. The food was really great too, would never have guessed it was Vegan. Highly recommend to anyone - will be coming back just for Ala if nothing else
