  Stopped into Fresh on Bloor yesterday while running errands and honestly, it was exactly what I needed. The place has a really easy, relaxed vibe—nothing over the top, just clean, welcoming, and efficient. But what stood out more than anything was the service. Every staff member I interacted with was warm and attentive without being pushy, which is rare. Big shoutout to my waitress, Mya—she made the whole experience. Super friendly, genuinely engaging, and knew the menu inside out. I had a couple questions and she didn’t just answer them, she actually helped me make a better choice. You can tell she cares about what she’s doing. It’s one thing to have good food, but service like that is what makes you come back. Definitely adding this spot to my regular rotation.

  Ordered burgers for dinner and all the lettuce is rotting already. CHECK YOUR FOOD before you eat here. If it has been an in-person order instead of delivery, I would’ve sent it back to the kitchen. I have been eating here for over a decade and generally enjoy the food, but it seems the quality (at least for delivery) has gone downhill. The portion sizes for deliver are also extremely tiny. 12 fries in an order of poutine, smothered with gravy to make the container look more full… Disappointing :(

  Posting this because I haven't seen him in a while, maybe he's moved on? We were having a lovely dinner, our server Kevin was quite gracious, even though he was the only one on the floor. We asked for the bill and wanted to use our JCC discount. He said no problem, let me grab my manager. He moved on to help another table with their order and then another. We were waiting quite a while, he explained he couldn't reach her through the phone and dashed off again to help another table flagging him down. After about 15 minutes of waiting, he came over frazzled that he couldn't reach her and we explained that wasn't a problem and could pay now and we didn't need to use the discount. About thirty seconds after we paid, his manager appeared and berated him for not attempting to contact her. Exasperated he said he tried and that he was alone and reluctant to leave the floor. Not sure what management is doing leaving their employees hanging out to dry like that and then giving him grief for her lack of action.

  Food completely awesome. Delicious With a name like fresh, the plant decor should also provide fresh oxygen. Transform plastic into real plants.

  Fresh is my safe space. I can eat most of everything in this kitchen. The Staff are really sweet and understanding and I’m really grateful to have fresh In my life for the past 15+ years.
