  Fresh consistently does whole foods plant based in such a delicious and nourishing way, and the Bellwoods location is such a treat! Rachel was super kind and timely with her service and the heated patio is a super cozy space :) recommended for a healthy dinner or a cute date!

  Visited Crawford today around 5:30 PM for a takeout smoothie. The General Manager was dismissive from the second we walked in asked if we were waiting for a table when we were standing right at the counter, called out "who's next" in a condescending tone knowing we were clearly next, and pointed us to the fridge instead of offering anything freshly made. After ordering, my partner asked where to wait. She ignored him. Two white women were standing near the seating area, nobody said a word to them, So we stood next to them assuming that’s where we are supposed to wait. The moment they left, the GM told us we couldn't wait there and had to move to the door. My partner calmly pointed out he'd asked earlier and she hadn't replied. This time she gave him a death stare and said nothing. Here's the part that matters, after we moved, another woman asked to wait in that exact same spot and the GM gave her permission. When my partner politely asked another staff member about our wait time, the GM came over, called him "my friend" in the most condescending tone, accused him of being "loud" and "snapping" even though the staff member had to lean in to hear him. She refused to listen to his side and used her GM title to shut the conversation down. The rules in this store were applied differently depending on who was standing there. The only difference between us and the customers who were allowed to stay was visible. For a brand that markets itself as "champions of creating diverse, equitable and inclusive restaurants" wish your values were a little more than just words on a website.

  I've been dining at Fresh for over 10 years now. Rachel was lovely and helpful when providing recommendations for food. We were seated promptly and the food came quickly. The covered patio was beautiful and the featured menu w/ Lauren Toyota was awesome!

  Honestly I’m here every single week after my spin class and it never misses. The food is always so consistent, fresh (lol!), and just makes you feel good. I’m always bringing my friends here. Huge shout out to Kit for the incredible service! Kit always makes the visit even better with such a great energy. Service can make or break a spot in my opinion. If you haven’t been yet, you’re missing out!!

  Came for dinner after work with a friend and it was just the right vibe. So many great deals, half price wine bottles, meal for 2 and dessert deals. The dumplings were delicious! Plus Rachel is one of the best servers I've had anywhere. She was the only server for all the tables, yet we were never waiting for anything, and when she did interact with us, it was like talking to a friend.
