Not a lot of space, the food I chose was alright. Expected more, like all the others:) Would be better to take away, not sit in 🙏

I go Ladurée Yorkdale, ohhh so nice! Staff very very friendly, always smile big big, make me happy heart. I not understand all English, but staff help me like angel, show me which macaron good. Macaron… wahhh, sugoi!! So soft soft inside, outside little crunchy, flavor like dream candy. Pistachio taste like green magic, rose smell like flower garden, lemon go “pika pika” in my mouth. So kawaii color, I want take many photo before eat. But too delicious, I eat fast fast. I come back again 100%, Ladurée Toronto ichiban!!!

I brought my mom and her friends here for a little reunion after lunch at RH, hoping it would be a nice treat. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. We were seated as a party of 8, and after about 10 minutes, a staff member came over to tell me that parties of 8 or more are automatically charged an 18% gratuity. This was never mentioned beforehand, and honestly, it felt a bit misleading to only disclose that after seating us. Since it was meant to be my mom’s day with her friends, I didn’t make a scene and let them enjoy themselves. In the end, they were only 6 people anyway—but the service did not improve. My mom told me afterward that the staff was rude, no one checked in on the table, it was hard to get something as simple as water, and to top it off, the macarons they ordered never even came until one of the wait staff had to throughly read their order. Between the poor service, lack of communication, and missed orders, this was not the kind of experience I would recommend, especially when bringing guests for a special occasion.

Terrible customer service. This store doesn’t welcome all visitors. I only visited the store because my son saw the beautiful store front & wanted the biscuits. You would think they’re welcome and service would match their store front and basic customer service standards. After the attitude of the woman who served us, I felt like leaving their products and leaving the store with no purchase. I felt bad that the attitude of the person serving us was displayed in front of a child. When I asked her about the flavours of the biscuits she quickly dismissed me & pointed to a sign board. Which was difficult for me to read as my eyes were blurry. The store wasn’t busy, she could’ve read it quickly out to me. But it was clear she didn’t want our patronage. We will definitely not give it to them again and will encourage our family & friends not to visit also.
