  The shop is beautifully designed and has a very elegant atmosphere. The macarons were delicate, colourful, and nicely balanced in sweetness. The flavours were refined and the texture was light and crisp on the outside with a soft centre. A great place to stop by for a sweet treat or to pick up a gift.

  My sister and I went on a Tuesday afternoon for tea Unfortunately, for me, the value does not exceed the price. The servers were friendly, but stand around don’t come and refill your teapot with hot water They brought the wrong pot of tea and it wasn’t busy The pastries were tasty and the server made sure To inquire about allergies. There are definitely other places that would be better for afternoon tea than here It was disappointing

  3.75/5 I went for afternoon tea. The sweets were delicious (5/5) but they were unbalanced with the savories. Throwing in a cheese croissant would have gone a long way. Overall it felt like a very expensive dessert that wouldn’t satisfy hunger well. The service was pleasant but lacking. Most of the meal was spent with empty cups/glasses and nobody came around to check on us or offer water refills. I’d go back again for dessert but not afternoon tea.

  I went with a friend and we really liked the food and drinks, but the customer service was awful. Because of this experience, I don’t think I will go back. I understand that it was busy for the staff, but customers should still be treated properly. The male servers were okay, but one of the female staff members acted like we shouldn’t be there. There was no greeting, and her negative facial expressions and attitude made us feel very uncomfortable. It completely ruined our mood. We only ordered macarons, which were already prepared, so I don’t understand why it took so long. Even when the staff noticed we were trying to get their attention, they ignored us. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.

  Stopped for an iced coffee and there are some strong ups and downs. The good is that the chocolate croissant we had was really good and high quality, as big as it is though there is barely any actual chocolate inside which is a little off putting but not really a big deal. The iced americano was high quality coffee and tasted great, however there’s no option for cream which is very strange for a cafe. The glass it comes in is also not appropriate for an iced drink when you try to mix milk and sugar into the drink. We also received only one plate which the croissant was on for 2 people sharing. A second plate should’ve been obvious considering the sharing nature of 2 sets of cutlery and the atmosphere of the cafe. Very small issues that add up to take away from the overall score but without the minor inconveniences, great place to stop for a treat.
