Grabbed a burger and fries here last week! The burger was pretty good, but I wasn’t a big fan of the fries…not because they weren’t well made, just not my type (maybe I’m too used to Costco fries lol). Overall, still a good experience! Customer service was great as well!

I went in at 7:00 charged me $30 for a burger fries and coke my goodness. Then proceeded to make me wait 45 minutes for a damn burger and fries. My fries came out soggy and I left at 7:50 and I DDINT even get to eat. The food was lowkey cold and the burger wasn’t all that. Loaded me with so many fried that I had to dig to find my burger. 30 dollars is insane and making me wait an hour is outrageous. To be honest Burger King is better nd they r so bad. What r u guys doing be like McDonald’s fast quick and half decent. Dawg $15 for a burger is outrageous for sum mid ah topping oh my days I could talk forever about my horrible experience. My number was 53 they called 51,52 then back down to 48 and 49 lack of organization and not professional I waited another 10 minutes after that. Fried lowk soggy i can’t lie this is horrible. Five guys more like one guy doing it all hire more staff u got my boy doing overtime for no reason to pay him minimum. Thank u

Clean busy restaurant and friendly staff. Substantial fresh patty that could have more seasoning, standard seasame seed bun, delicious thick salted caramel shake.

Had the double cheese with bacon all in..small fries...and large soda
Burger was well dressed...cheese was melter to perfection..bacon kind of crispy... mushrooms had a charred taste...fries were a small fries but the portion was very satisfactory. Gravy was tasty and not too thin. Reminded me of NY Fries gravy. Fountain drink was the same as anywhere else. The reason why I didn't give the food a 5 was because I felt that the burger meat was very plain...not seasoned or had a flavor. It would of definitely made it a 5 star. I think when I do return, I would have to salt it down and add pepper to give it a boost.
What is the Five Guys story/How did you guys get your name?
Five Guys began its pursuit to redefine the global burger landscape in 1986 when Jerry and Janie Murrell asked three of their sons whether they wanted to start a business or go to college. Now, three decades after our first location opened in Arlington, Va., Five Guys – a fast-casual restaurant chain named for the Murrells' five sons – serves a classic take on hamburgers, fries and milkshakes in more than 1,700 locations across 24 countries.

Does Five Guys offer delivery?
Most North American locations offer delivery. The best way to find out if the location nearest to you offers delivery is to visit our website or download the app.
Does Five Guys offer gluten-free options?
The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.
While our crew members do all they can to avoid it, there is always a risk of cross-contamination. Please review our nutritional, ingredient and allergen chart for the most accurate information.
Why does Five Guys have peanuts for free?
Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
What is the best way to reheat leftover fries?
Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
Also, give those leftover fries a try as hash browns, home fries, or even as the filling in an omelet.
Why is Five Guys switching from a fry cup to a fry bag?
We are switching to fry bags to ensure your fries stay fresher and as part of our larger commitment to the environment. The bags allow air to circulate better, so fries stay fresh during delivery and takeout. Same portions, same great fries – just smarter packaging that’s also better for the environment.
