As a burger lover, this is easily one of the best spots for a beef burger, and the quality is pretty consistent across different locations and even countries. As usual, I go for a double cheeseburger (no onions, no bacon 😅). The fries come in a great portion, and I always get them Cajun style.

I visited during their buy-one-get-one offer, and it was an incredible experience! Despite the crowd, the staff worked tirelessly to ensure that everything was delicious and fresh. The owner is lucky to have such a great group of people working here. I highly recommend this Five Guys.

They temporarily shut down online ordering for this location because of the "buy one get one" offer that ends today. What a crappy business model. Canadian customers routinely get screwed on deals that are widely accepted elsewhere. Thankfully Shake Shack is around the corner. I'd rather spend my hard earned money there there than give it to a company that sneakingly got out of offering a limited time promotion.
Edit - I don't care for your corporate cookie cutter response. Either explain why online ordering was shutdown during the promotion, or don't bother replying.

This is the worst Five Guys location in Ontario. I waited 1 and a half hours for my order, which is completely unacceptable for a fast food restaurant. I also spent $60, which makes the experience even more frustrating.
On top of that, the staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. When I tried to ask about a refund because of the long wait and issues with my order, they refused to help.
The customer service was terrible and the whole experience was very disappointing. If I could give this place a negative rating, I would. I would not recommend coming to this location.
What is the Five Guys story/How did you guys get your name?
Five Guys began its pursuit to redefine the global burger landscape in 1986 when Jerry and Janie Murrell asked three of their sons whether they wanted to start a business or go to college. Now, three decades after our first location opened in Arlington, Va., Five Guys – a fast-casual restaurant chain named for the Murrells' five sons – serves a classic take on hamburgers, fries and milkshakes in more than 1,700 locations across 24 countries.

Does Five Guys offer delivery?
Most North American locations offer delivery. The best way to find out if the location nearest to you offers delivery is to visit our website or download the app.
Does Five Guys offer gluten-free options?
The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.
While our crew members do all they can to avoid it, there is always a risk of cross-contamination. Please review our nutritional, ingredient and allergen chart for the most accurate information.
Why does Five Guys have peanuts for free?
Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
What is the best way to reheat leftover fries?
Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
Also, give those leftover fries a try as hash browns, home fries, or even as the filling in an omelet.
Why is Five Guys switching from a fry cup to a fry bag?
We are switching to fry bags to ensure your fries stay fresher and as part of our larger commitment to the environment. The bags allow air to circulate better, so fries stay fresh during delivery and takeout. Same portions, same great fries – just smarter packaging that’s also better for the environment.
