I also asked for the fries extra well done and they were not. They were soggy. I called back five times to speak to a manager and nobody had the audacity to call me back. One of the supervisors told me to call back in “10 minutes. “ I called back after 10 minutes and nobody answered. I called five times. The following day, I decided to go and speak to the manager myself. He did nothing to rectify the situation at all except provide an email to a manager. I showed him my receipt and he did nothing to solve the situation. I spent my money they messed up my order. If there is any sort of customer service, he could’ve at least offered me either a a refund or B at least remake the order for me. I would never go back here.
