I seriously and honestly thought there was something wrong with my order (Cajun corn and plain breaded chicken tenders) because they both tasted like someone dumped a bag of salt of them in the kitchen and continued cooking. Had a friend try them out and same reaction. I’ve been putting lip balm on as my lips are sore because of the salt and we both had to give up before being able to finish one piece each. You truly ONLY TASTE THE SALT. I’m shocked that people can actually eat portions of this without ending up at the hospital. I’ve truly never experienced this before but the entire order is ending up in the garbage. Shocking, so unsafe.

I ordered a 10-piece wings combo with fries and a drink, and when I opened my food, I found two hairs in the fries and one hair on one of the wings. This is absolutely unacceptable and unhygienic. This completely ruined my meal and made me lose my appetite. Food safety and cleanliness should be the bare minimum, especially for a restaurant chain. I paid for a full meal and could not even finish it because of how disgusting this experience was. I expect a serious review of your food handling and hygiene practices at this location. Customers should never have to worry about finding hair in their food.
