  Me and my partner used to be regular customers here until tonight. We ordered delivery and our fries came upside down and spilled at the bottom of the bag, and the entire order was cold. The delivery came by bike and was likely dropped. I called to let them know what had happened and the workers could care less. It was really disappointing to explain the issue and not be understood. There was zero care for customer service, they were completely unapologetic and did not care to correct the issue. I would have expected to not be charged for at least the fries. I understand this was an issue with door dash, but to regularly spend so much at this place (probably $200+ a month between us both) and not be compensated for food we weren’t even able to enjoy showed zero value for us as customers. Don’t waste your money here. We definetly won’t be returning.

  First time having Wing Stop in Canada, not the same as USA not sure if it's just a one off occurrence. Tried call and order ahead but they don't take over the phone orders.

  Customer service was great, everyone was super friendly and made sure my order was right. Food came out fresh and hot, tenders were amazing as always. Didn’t have to wait long either. Overall just a great experience every time I come here.

  Waited about 25–30 minutes for a 10-piece combo, only to get cold food. When I mentioned it, the response I got from the staff — a guy whose name started with “B,” called over by the lady cashier — was rude and completely unacceptable. Instead of fixing the issue, he showed me the screen and defended himself, which is not the kind of customer service you’d expect, especially for the prices they charge. Honestly, I don’t think I’ll be coming back here.

  Today was my first time at wingstop… because hey, I wanted to try smth new. So I went and drove 20 minutes to the closest wingstop. My first problem with this was the parking, but that isn’t necessarily there fault. I place my order with a cashier who didn’t seem too enthusiastic with taking my order. After I wait 30 minutes for my order I drive another 20 back home and greeted with half my order being wrong. As I arrive at home and place the bag on my table I open it greeted by 2 boxes only. “Maybe all 15 wings were in one box” I thought. But no, I was wrong and instead of seeing my 15 wings I was greeted by someone else’s 5 tenders. Naturally this upset me, as any normal person in this situation would act, I was angry but still ate all the chicken. In conclusion, my first experience at wingstop was not what I was expecting despite what others said about it. Would I be coming back? Yes But not anytime soon as my experience was quite shit
