We went to the burger priest for my son 's celebration for finishing his exams. The burgers and fries were okay. Milkshake was nice and thick. It was very clean inside and a nice place to just sit down and relax and have a conversation with the family. But who knew, burgers and fries flor a party of three is over 60 bucks! What set this place apart was the service, a woman by the name of Smriti served us and she was excellent.

Very good experience at this burger place. The food was delicious and the place has a nice atmosphere, but what I liked the most was the service.Smriti was super friendly and attentive the whole time. It’s great when you’re treated with that kind of positive energy. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I am really disappointed to say this, I will never come back here.
I was really annoyed with how the vegetarian and non-vegetarian food are handled here. The bacon and beef are cooked on the same grill, which makes it uncomfortable for anyone who avoids meat. Even the “veggie burger” isn’t truly vegetarian since it contains egg and it is fried in the same fryer as chicken. It defeats the purpose of having a vegetarian option. I really hope the restaurant management takes this feedback seriously and improves transparency and food-handling practices to respect different dietary preferences.

This place is clearly mismanaged and needs someone who actually knows how to run a restaurant. They seem both understaffed and inefficient. You'll be lucky if you get your order in under 15 minutes, and if it gets busy, you'll wait around 25 minutes, which is much slower than any other Burger Priest location.
Obvious signs of mismanagement:
- the kitchen always seems incredibly slow and yet chaotic
- on one visit, I watched a staff member use one of the used trays for serving dine-in customers to compress the trash down in the bin... uhhh healthy violation?!?
- none of the tables were wiped down at every one of my visits
- on one of my other visits, they made an order for someone they had already served, which the customer had to inform them of, and the guy at the end of the line had to remind the other staff to take down the tickets that were completed
- on another visit, they served a takeout customer the wrong burger and only realized it after they left the store
- on my most recent visit, myself and 2 other customers before me all told cashier we wanted to dine in, but we all received our orders in takeout bags
