The food was incredible, easily one of the best burgers I’ve had in a long time. The patties were juicy, perfectly cooked, and packed with flavor. The toppings were fresh, the bun was soft but held everything together perfectly, and the fries were crispy and delicious. You can really taste the quality in every bite. What made the visit even better was the outstanding service. The staff were so welcoming and friendly from the moment I walked in. A special shoutout to Grace! she went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. She was kind, patient, and had such a positive attitude that it genuinely made my day. It’s rare to find customer service that feels so genuine and warm. The atmosphere was clean, upbeat, and inviting, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. This isn’t just about bad service — it’s a health and safety issue. I’m not sure what went wrong in the kitchen, but something clearly wasn’t handled or stored properly. I won’t be returning, and I strongly recommend the management reviews their food handling procedures before someone else gets sick.

The poutine shocked me, it's actually pretty good. The stern fries is pretty good as well. If you're going to get a burger here, make sure it's one with buttered buns.
