I had a long way to go and asked the person behind the counter if they could please put my food in a sturdier container instead of the thin paper box provided. From past experience, the box often splits open by the time I get home. I also asked if they could at least double it, but the staff member flatly refused and did so in a rude manner. If I hadn’t already paid, I honestly would have walked out. Their customer service is terrible, and the attitude toward customers’ reasonable requests is unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend this place—they clearly don’t understand what good customer service means.
