This location is the worst and will be driving the reputation of this chain business into the ground if no one does anything about it . I order general Thai pineapple due to nostalgia . The rice was old and hard . There was no gravy whatsoever . I’m very shocked that they would even serve this . I order at 1 pm so I don’t understand where u are serving stale old rice from . This is absolutely disgusting . Driest food ever . And no I do not need an apology from customer service - because that apology does not return my money or fix the ruined lunch time meal .
