  Very bad customer service, we were ordering for first time and the lady who was taking the order was so rude because we were asking about the menu, never visits there.

  Vegan stuff is really not vegan, they use same pan and utensils for cooking. When asked to change, they cancelled my order and refused to get a food for me!

  UPDATE - Response to the owner's request below to provide feedback: The location where I had this experience is in Union Station Toronto (Google maps puts this at 65 Front St W, Unit 485). Your form does not even have this location in the drop down options and it is a required field. How can I fill your form? I will wait for your response. ************************************* "Thai" express.. more like "Disappointment" express. Deserves 0 stars. The shop ought to be shut down. The most pathetic, tasteless, inedible food we have ever eaten. The "medium" spice level tasted like no spice. There was no salt or any other spices in the food. Thai food is supposed to be flavorful! Just a whole lot of oil and way more rice/noodles than veggies (we had ordered pad see ew and stir fry). We stopped at a few morsels - there is something in the oil they used which is nasty and filled us up immediately. Mind you, me and my spouse are foodies with big appetites and not too picky about food, yet we found this so bad. As for the service, the less said the better. Not that we care about customer service in quick eat and go places such as this, but everyone at that place was in a bad mood. Especially the lady at the cashier. Forget about flavor, at this point I am praying we don't get sick from whatever we ate today at this place. Will have to wash my mouth with soap now .. it was that bad. Never again.
