Vegan stuff is really not vegan, they use same pan and utensils for cooking. When asked to change, they cancelled my order and refused to get a food for me!

"Thai" express.. more like "Disappointment" express. Deserves 0 stars. The shop ought to be shut down. The most pathetic, tasteless, inedible food we have ever eaten. The "medium" spice level tasted like no spice. There was no salt or any other spices in the food. Thai food is supposed to be flavorful! Just a whole lot of oil and way more rice/noodles than veggies (we had ordered pad see ew and stir fry). We stopped at a few morsels - there is something in the oil they used which is nasty and filled us up immediately. Mind you, me and my spouse are foodies with big appetites and not too picky about food, yet we found this so bad.
As for the service, the less said the better. Not that we care about customer service in quick eat and go places such as this, but everyone at that place was in a bad mood. Especially the lady at the cashier.
Forget about flavor, at this point I am praying we don't get sick from whatever we ate today at this place. Will have to wash my mouth with soap now .. it was that bad. Never again.

I ordered Pad Thai and red curry.
I was very disappointed.
Pad Thai was just noodles with a few pieces of meat. No nuts, no veggies.
Red curry was Just a rice with some souce.
Do not recommend.

I have used many Thai Express locations and this one was equal to the best for my Pad See Ew. Courteous service, well prepared, hot, lots of chicken. Clean. Very different experience from previous negative reviews.

I ordered vegan pad Thai. Also paid for extra broccoli. Ended up paying $20 for just noodles. I can count the number of veggies on my fingers (one hand). And I got 4 small pieces of broccoli (for $2). I have always loved Thai express, it comfort food for me. But this was very disappointing!
