First, they acted like I didn’t even order—even though I literally showed them the receipt. I waited almost an hour for food that should’ve taken 5 minutes. When the order finally came out, part of it fell on the floor… and instead of remaking it, someone kicked it aside like it was nothing. By the time I actually got my food, it was cold, crushed, and honestly just disrespectful. If this is how they treat customers, I’m never coming back. I’m writing to share some concerns about my repeated experiences at the Union Station Taco Bell location. Every time I visit this store, my request for fries with no nacho powder has always been accommodated—except when Jaspreet is working. On multiple occasions, whenever he is present, he consistently refuses to allow this simple customization, even though every other staff member has prepared it for me without any issue. It appears that he has the final say, and if he is indeed a manager, I feel he is preventing his team from going above and beyond for customers. The inconsistency only occurs under his supervision, even though I know this request is possible at this and other Taco Bell locations. I wanted to bring this to your attention so that customers can receive consistent and respectful service regardless of who is on shift. Thank you for your time. Best regards, Jincy Jacob

I tried to resolve it, but after wasting 20 minutes on the phone with a representative who claimed to be the manager, nothing was fixed and I never received a refund. Completely unprofessional service and a waste of time. Definitely won’t be ordering from this location again.
