I work with Uber Eats and frequently visit this store for order pickups. Unfortunately, almost every time I arrive, the order is not ready. The staff usually says it will take 5–6 minutes, but it often takes 10–15 minutes or more. Even when there are enough staff members and not many customers in the store, the orders are still delayed. This affects my delivery time and my ratings as a delivery partner. I request that management please look into this issue and improve order preparation time so delivery drivers and customers do not face unnecessary delays. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
