  We love Swiss Chalet since dating to family life up to now over 20 years. Best chicken and kid friendly restaurant. Big space, safe and clean. Our kids basically grew up eating her after church and events. Great deals also especially now we have High schooler! Tradition and genre fusion! Keep up the great meals! Even staying at home, take out orders did not disappoint. More years to celebrate here! Cheers!

  Stopped in to this location for late night takeout. Service was polite and un-rushed. Food quality was typical for a Swiss Chalet, chicken was tender and ribs tasty but the french fries were a little off. Probably on the older side. Still a nice option for the nabourhood. Only down side it is frequented by a lot of delivery app drivers who just push there way ahead. Swiss Chalet staff should make them go to the back of the line.

  The food was tasty, but more than anything, I was extremely impressed with the attentiveness of the staff. I placed an order online and noted that I have Celiac disease and have to avoid wheat, barley, rye & oats. When I came to pick up my order, I was informed that the fries that I'd selected go in the same fryer as the breaded (wheat flour) chicken, so they offered to replace the fries with something that would be safe for me. I choose mashed potatoes and the garden veggies. It took a bit longer for my order to be ready, but I can't express how much I appreciate the staff's willingness to accommodate my dietary restrictions. Anyone with diet concerns, make sure you inform the staff... And if you're lucky, you'll get staff like that at Swiss Chalet that will keep you healthy and safe!

  Swiss remains a childhood connection for me. I ordered based on the attached photo of an ad I received- note it says dine in or take out which to me means ordering take out to be delivered. Misleading advertising information. Food arrived cold as it is winter but the cardboard take out containers offer zero insulation so pre heat your oven to warm up the food and know the food will take an hour. Once hot the food was good, as always. Portions of chicken get smaller with each order.

  Swiss Chalet is definitely one of the best choices when it comes to rotisserie chicken. The chicken is consistently juicy and flavorful, and the fresh green salad is a great complement to the meal. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and attentive, which makes the dining experience even more enjoyable. The only downside for me is the cleanliness of the place—don’t get me wrong, the place is clean however, it could be a bit shinier and better maintained. A little more attention to cleanliness would easily elevate the overall experience. Overall, still a solid and satisfying choice for comfort food and great service.
