We love the chicken it was delicious, still taste the same as we grew up with Swiss Chalet foods. The female manager was really nice, calmly handle with a difficult customer professionally and politely resolved the issue with that customer. Kudos to the Management in this location and the friendly staff. Very clean washroom and great ambience to dine for rush hour meals.

They were very attentive to us since we are making a big order without being overbearing they evn offered recommendations with our order which tell me that they are very knowldgeable with their work. This kind of service is truly rare specially nowadays which reflects on the way they are being trained by the management to set them apart from other restaurants.

The combination of ribs and chicken was perfect, and the coleslaw was crisp and so tasty. The real winner to finish things off was the strawberry cream cheese cake slice – what a lovely dessert! Great food, fast service, and a super satisfying dinner for the whole family. Highly recommend this Express location!

Chicken was super dry and skin was missing from white meat (didn't order white meat) so my guests couldn't eat it. It seemed like it was overcooked. Fries, dark meat, and sauce were fine. But I wish I could have received my accurate order. No napkins as requested. Not gonna recommend this location again. The quality of the other locations is far superior.
