Every staff member I have interacted with has been very kind and caring. It is quite popular, so I do understand how it can take a bit longer to get the food, but for the quality it’s worth the wait. I truly love this place and can recommend it to anyone who can make time for a visit to this amazing local place.

They’re always very friendly and quick with orders even on their busiest days. Food has always been fresh and hot for me. Never any complaints for these guys. It’s rare to find that kind of personal touch combined with consistently great food. My family and I have been loyal customers of this Swiss Chalet for years, and they’ve never disappointed. I usually go for the Smokey BBQ Ribs with a baked potato or seasoned fries — always hearty, always satisfying. If you’re looking for top-quality Swiss Chalet fare with excellent service, this location is definitely worth a visit!

Called and the best they could offer is a $5 credit on next meal, despite a $60 order. Totally unacceptable service, really takes the convenience away from trying to get a quick meal with kids. This is the 2nd time we have had service concerns with this location.
