  I wanted to try something new so I got the new Deluxe Chicken Parm Sandwich Classic Bundle. When the order was delivered it was packed neatly. The didn't forget the cutlery or butter. I ordered the sandwich combo, but only the regular cutlet came. No roasted vegetables or the bun. The chicken was moist and not dried out. The batter looked a little overcooked but that's okay because the flavour was spot on. I got a side of ceaser salad and chicken soup. I'll probably order this again. Order ID #20260107 1926022. Total $85.95.

  Mariel is a wonderful server. Her warmth and genuine personality really made our visit lovely. She anticipated our every need, bringing extra sauce even before we asked! A nice way to enjoy Boxing Day!

  I have went to this location of Swiss Chalet with my friends. The food was really tasty. I want to appreciate the hospitality of lady Mariel. I love her and the food.

  We gave this location a second chance after having a not so great experience the first time due to extremely slow service. Unfortunately, this visit was just as disappointing. My sister and I were seated at a table surrounded by three other dirty tables, which made us uncomfortable. We politely asked if we could be seated somewhere cleaner and more aesthetically pleasing, but the server denied our request. We waited for a while, received water, but our order was never taken. We asked again if we could move because we still didn’t feel comfortable. The server responded with attitude and told us to go sit somewhere else, so we thanked her and moved ourselves to a cleaner area. After sitting for over half an hour, no one came to take our order. We then asked to speak with the manager, who told us that if we hadn’t moved, our order would have already been taken and that the staff was overwhelmed. It felt as though we were being punished simply for not wanting to eat our lunch surrounded by the mess. This is the first complaint I’ve ever posted on Google…I would honestly recommend choosing a different location. We ended up going to another location afterward and were treated very well, as we usually are when dining out. I’m extremely disappointed in the staff at this location…especially so close to the holidays, when we were excited to enjoy a holiday meal together. Everyone deserves to be treated with dignity and respect. Life is already hard enough. We treated the staff with respect and expected the same in return.

  On Monday evening, I visited Swiss Chalet on Keel upon arrivingOur waitress approached us and asked us if we wanted anything to drink at which point we ordered our drinks in our appetizers when she brought our appetizer she asked if we were ready to order our means which we did we were still eating our appetizers when our main course was brought to us so we put our appetizers to the side to eat our main course. My chicken was cold. My stuffing was cold pretty much. My whole meal was cold. She then came and brought us our finger bowls…..talk about feeling rushed. I was exhausted and all I wanted was a nice hot cooked meal. I felt rushed and I’m very disappointed because this is one of my two places, but I think I will be changing that.
