Thieves DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Update: they claim the driver arrived at 7:02 the delivery time but I was sitting in The lobby from 6:27 until 7:05 pm. No Swiss chalet driver showed up. They claimed they sent me an email. I have No emails from Swiss chalet. They didn't call me because they had an old number. Either way if he really did show up to the hospital I would have seen him. LIARS. A bunch of liars. Do not order delivery from here

- DMD MOct 25, 20251.0Arrived to pick up my order. Waited over 5 minutes before I was greeted, they seem too busy to acknowledge people due to the priority given to Uber & DoorDash drivers. They really need a different area as it’s unwelcoming to walk in/pick up customers. My order wasn’t ready upon the time for pick up (I had ordered online in advance). At approximately 10 minutes past the original pick up time I’m informed they don’t have an item I ordered. I was offered something in place (with no price adjusted if it was less) or my money back for the item - but no compensation for the delay or out of stock item issue. This was a $100 order. Place seemed too busy with not enough staff to even care. You need to do better by your customers.
