Had a very bad experience at this Harvey’s location. The food did not meet expectations, and the behavior of the Indian staff was extremely disappointing. They were unfriendly, disrespectful, and showed no interest in helping customers. Instead of addressing concerns properly, they responded with attitude. Good customer service is important, and sadly it was completely lacking here. I won’t be coming back and wouldn’t recommend this place.

I was disappointed with the level of customer service at this Harvey’s location. The Indian staff’s behavior was unfriendly and dismissive, which made the experience unpleasant from the start. Communication was poor, and there was little patience shown toward customers.
An issue with my order was handled carelessly, without any sense of responsibility or courtesy. Rather than resolving the problem, the situation was made more frustrating by the lack of professionalism.
Customer service is just as important as food quality, and unfortunately, this location failed in that regard. I would not recommend it and do not plan to return.

This visit to Swiss Chalet was disappointing due to the Indian staff’s attitude. The interaction felt disrespectful and unwelcoming, and simple questions were met with impatience. Good customer service was clearly lacking.
When an issue with my order came up, it was not handled properly, and there was no effort to correct it or communicate politely. Overall, the experience felt uncomfortable and poorly managed.
Based on this experience, I would not recommend this location and do not plan to return.

Lisa was absolutely incredible!!!!
She was so attentive and kind despite how busy she was! She was organized, controlled and calm!!
My only takaway from this experience would be that the other waitress, Natasha? I heard her say that to a customer. She was SO rude, and unhelpful.
She came in and bossed Lisa around and said rude things to her. I worked in this industry for years and you don’t come in when your coworker is clearly in the weeds and make it harder for them. Made multiple tables feel uncomfortable to the point we chatted about it.
Otherwise, great experience! Would come back just for Lisa!
