    I deleted my previous bad review because i was trying to give the manager the benefit of the doubt because he called so politely and apologized for my recent negative experience which was my first time at this location. So a week later i came for a second time to this location and honestly i dont know where to start. Asked for the garlic loaf it came burnt, hard as a hockey puck could chip a tooth lol so i asked for another you can see the difference in the photo. Than the food took a ridiculous amount of time and the service was so SLOW when it wasnt even busy. Please avoid this location at all costs Ive been to so many swiss chalets and this location is by far below par the good reviews must be fabricated.

    I want to give a special shout-out to Amit✨, because his service was the best part of the whole experience. From the moment we arrived, he was warm, professional, and incredibly attentive, with amazing energy. It was clear he cared about our comfort, that everything went perfectly, and that we enjoyed ourselves. It wasn't just "good service"; he was one of those servers who makes you want to return just because of how well they treat you. Amit, thank you for such excellent service. The food was spectacular too.

    Served by Pei Pei. Her hospitality and attention was very great. The food was great, the chicken came out juicy and warm. The atmosphere is cozy. Had a good time spending dinner here with friends after a fitness class nearby. Would come again :)

    Swiss Chalet is always a good time. Pei Pei provided us a wonderful service and was very welcoming. I got the chicken and third rack and it was very tasty. The chicken was juicy and ribs were sauced well. Definitely worth visiting.
