We came to Swiss Chalet and any guests were there. We ordered 12 wings and were waiting 30 minutes. After 15 minutes of waiting we asked where is our food. Worker answered: “It takes time. We have other orders”. We were alone at the place. After more 15 minutes we noticed that still nothing and just cancelled our order. I really no recommend this place. Long waiting and workers are so rude

My elderly mum sent me for pick up because she said they don't get her delivery order right. We use to have Swiss locations closer to us but unfortunately they've closed down. So came to the closest location at Yonge-Eglington (we're far). Wait time wasn't bad.. about 5min or so for my festive meal order but when asked if I can get a bag with handles like they used to have, personnel gave me a "No" but along with one of those looks which was rude and unnecessary. 18.28$ per festival meal which consists of chicken leg+ mash+stuffing+roll+chocolates so the price has gone up. Picked up two meals and dropped them off but mum called and complained the "dinner roll" wasn't the usual they've had for the last 25+years. She got irritated and convinced I didn't get her Swiss and so it started from there. The "dinner roll" was a rock hard English muffin and looked nothing like as advertised nor what we get from Swiss like forever. So I called the store location and they wanted to see the receipt and picture. I learned they ran out of their usual diner roll but only after a bit of exchange. Wish they were transparent from the beginning and let customer know of substitution and if they still wanted it. Its almost like going to Swiss and they ran out of their usual Swiss sauce and substituted it. Almost. Hope it improves.
