Service here absolutely sucks, half the time they just ignore you or are closed and when they’re open they never have all the ingredients. I’ve been a big lifelong subway fan and advocate for most of my life and after multiple experiences with this location I’m quickly becoming a subway hater

They don’t have 50 % of the vegetables, no turkey and only white bread… so let’s hope that view of the nearby lake will soothe your frustration ;)

I had a really bad experience at this Subway, today at 7:00 PM. I just asked how much the cookies cost, and instead of giving me a straight answer, the guy snapped back with “first tell me how many you want.” Seriously? That’s not how you talk to customers. On top of that, they said there’s no microwave, which is shocking for a sandwich shop..
I usually like Subway, but this location really needs to work on basic customer service.

TLDR: 40 minutes to get served more attitude than food.
Ordered online. Showed up to the store to pick up my order, and there's no sign of it. I insisted that I ordered from their location, they denied getting an order. Went back home to get my phone, and showed the confirmation to the staff, who proceeded to continue serving the line of people in the store. After finishing their current subs and going to the next people in line, I started yelling at the staff. At this point, it was 35 minutes after I'd placed and paid for my order, and they were serving the people who just walked in.
Most of the people who heard I'd been waiting 35 minutes for a sub left the store.
40 minutes later, I had my subs, they made no effort to apologize. "That's it? Just the sub? I'm getting food 40 minutes later and not even a free cookie to make up for it?"
No. No freebie, no apology, just vacant stares from clearly indifferent staff.

I had an absolutely terrible experience at this Subway location. I came in planning to order food but wanted to use the washroom first. The staff member (an Indian girl working behind the counter at the time) was extremely rude and told me it was “for customers only” – even though I was literally about to order. She was not even wearing a name tag. A uniformed officer also came in needing to use the washroom, and she was just as rude to him.
When it came time to make my sandwich, she did a sloppy job on purpose – didn’t even toast the sub properly, took it out halfway through, and handed it over with a terrible attitude on her face. It was clear she did not care about the quality of the food or the customer experience.
This Subway really needs to train its employees in basic customer service before a food inspector ends up assessing the place. Treat your customers with respect – you’re getting paid to serve food, not to treat people badly
