    We often place mobile orders at this Subway location, and usually everything goes fine. However, today around 8:30 PM, my husband went to pick up my order, and the experience was disappointing. The employee did not hand the order to him directly. Instead, she slid the bag across the counter toward him while wearing AirPods, without any basic acknowledgment. We are not expecting exceptional customer service, but simple human respect and basic courtesy should be the minimum. When customers come to pick up their orders, especially when they are already paid and ready, the least that can be done is to hand the order properly and acknowledge the customer. This kind of interaction feels dismissive and unprofessional. I hope management can address this and remind staff of the importance of respectful customer interaction.

    It was very cold outside but vibes inside were very warm and welcoming . Sandwich Artist Manvi was our attendant and she made our experience delightful.

    I always get a great sandwich made with a genuine smile. Staff are always welcoming and kind. I use a walker and they ALWAYS open the door to help me out

    The Best subway I have been ever been to, the sweetest staff, fresh ingredients and mind blowing customer service. Shruti is the kindest person. Definitely coming again tomorrow
