    Unprofessional and Impersonal Service from Employee "Meet" Time - Wednesday between 1-2 PM (12 Nov 2025) Review: My recent visit to this Subway location was highly unsatisfactory due to the conduct of one employee. The gentleman working behind the counter, whose badge read "Meet," displayed a total disregard for customer service. From the start, he made no eye contact and offered no greeting, even when I initiated one. His handling of the food was concerning; he was not careful and was essentially tossing ingredients in and out of the sandwich, showing a lack of care and respect for the product I was paying for. The complete absence of communication and the unprofessional behavior made for an unpleasant experience. Management should address this, as it reflects poorly on the establishment.

    I arrived at the store at 8PM on November 9th. I never have high expectations for Subway sandwiches; convenience and cleanliness are all I need. However, the staff at the store today deserve praise. She’s movements were clean and efficient, and the submarine sandwiches were neatly and securely packaged (in the past, the sandwiches I've bought have generally been loosely packaged, and some didn't even have a sealing sticker). When I got home, there wasn't a single bit of sauce left on the packaging. It was a very good experience. Thank you Noor for making my dinner fabulous 👌. She deserves a raise.

    Such a terrible branch. I’ve had subway quite a bit and this is always the laziest/frustrating location. There are no sandwich artists here. I get it’s a min. Wage job but take even minimal pride in the role. Tonight’s sandwich was an absolute mess. I would’ve cancelled and walk out if my payment hadn’t been taken mid sandwich. New app is horrible and stops working before the branches are closed let me add

    I’ve always liked this Subway location, but my recent experience was really disappointing. The guy with glasses was extremely rude and careless while making my sub. I ordered a six-inch, but he cut it unevenly, and one half wasn’t even close to six inches. He added a very small amount of turkey — like it was coming out of his own paycheck — and completely ignored my requests for sauce and veggies. To top it off, he didn’t even put the sub in a bag, and when I politely asked for one, he got visibly annoyed and just tossed it at me. Sadly, this used to be my go-to Subway, but I’d rather walk further than come back to this location again.

    I had a very disappointing experience at the 16 Yonge Subway location due to the highly unprofessional attitude of the server working today. The employee displayed an unnecessary attitude and made the entire ordering process uncomfortable. This was particularly evident when I politely asked for an extra paper bag. Instead of simply providing one, the server repeatedly and aggressively shoved a stack of bags at me, making it seem as if they were doing me a huge favor. This behavior is completely unacceptable. The staff should be trained to be courteous and professional, not to show disdain for simple customer requests. The food was fine, but the poor customer service ruined the experience. Management needs to address the attitude problem with this employee immediately.
