I’ve been going to this Subway location for a while, but my last experience was completely unacceptable. I ordered a meal through the app, and both the drink and the cookies were wrong. When I brought it up, the manager, Harleen, was extremely rude and disrespectful, talking to me as if I was at fault. Instead of fixing the order, she dismissively said I’d “get free cookies next time”. They hand out cookies like we’re begging for handouts, instead of giving customers what they actually ordered.
After reading a few reivews from other customers, It turns out that
they hand out cookies in exchange for 5-star reviews. Keep those cookies to yourself😂🤦♂️
I used to go here once in a while but this experience has made it clear that I will never be returning here. Customer service isn’t about brushing people off or giving free cookies, it’s about treating customers with respect and actually giving them what they paid for.

Nice guy at the counter.
Unfortunately this was the thinnest sub I've had. They barely put any vegetables, sauce, and meat. I was mostly eating bread.
Their washroom didn't have any soap or paper towels.
Oh and you see all those 5 star reviews? They bribe you with cookies for 5 star reviews.
You're welcome.

I said the guy at the counter was nice. Do you have problems with reading comprehension?
I noticed to every bad review (which complains about the filling in the sandwich), you justify your behaviour by citing subways standards. You think this is the first sub we've eaten?
This is also the first time I've heard someone say you need to ask subway for more filling and inspect their washrooms.
I think you're more proud of the reviews you're farming and money you're saving on portions.
Sorry, my integrity is worth more than a cookie. Can't say the same about you.

$24 for a footlong + drink and chip combo is comical enough on it's own, but made all the more ridiculous by the terrible quality of the sandwiches. Toppings and meats are just bottom barrel, and you are given a pitiful amount of both. For example, I asked for Banana peppers and was given a grand total of two whole slivers, before getting more after a protest. For $24 I should get the whole pepper if I so please. Just not the sub spot it used to be, and honestly the experience felt more like eating the memory of a subway sandwich than having the real thing in front of me.
