  They are terribly slow here. I ordered online for pick up at 7:09 pm and I didn't receive my order until 7:42 pm. The DoorDash app stated the order woukd be ready for pick up around 7:28 pm. A fast food chain should consider their processes if they have a problem keeping up with online orders and in person orders. I will probably order here again in the future, but I will keep you all posted on their progress, if any. I do hope the service gets better.

  I placed a mobile order at 5:00 PM for pickup at 6:00 PM. I arrived at 6:10 PM, and my order had not been prepared. I was asked to wait an additional 20 minutes while staff completed walk-in orders before starting mine. When I finally received the food, the order was incorrect. I had ordered two different footlong steak sandwiches with different toppings, but both sandwiches were made with the exact same toppings. This experience was disappointing. The delay and lack of attention to order details reflect poor service and organization. I hope the store improves its mobile order management and quality control.

  Great experience at Subway with krish! The restaurant was clean, service was quick, and my sandwich was fresh and exactly how I wanted it. Definitely coming back!
