I arrived at 9:41 PM and was immediately told by a male staff member, “We are closed.” When I asked why it says 10:00 PM online, he casually said they close at 9:40 PM. That’s not what’s posted anywhere. If your store closes at 9:40 PM, then update Google, your website, and Uber Eats accordingly. Customers shouldn’t have to guess whether they’ll be served or if their online order will even be accepted. Very unprofessional and misleading. Please fix your posted hours instead of turning customers away before your advertised closing time.
