  I usually order online through there app, most of the time they say that grill machine is not working, today again i orderd online and i prefferd to pick my order rather than delivery service so the wraps will not get cold, i allways order grilled and toasted wraps, but when i went home started eating and i found that the wraps are not grilled, i am not sure it was even toasted or not bcz the bread was soft not crispy, whenever i order from this location, i never get my wraps grilled, i request to subway to provide them with a good grill machine, because this location is nearest from my home than any other location, i have read other reviews as well, before i thaught i am the only one who is having this experience, I would really appreciate if you guys can improve this things... Btw overall quality and portion is really good...

  The worst subway to ever exist. The main problem are the workers. I ordered 3 subs and asked for Italian bread and she denied me even tho she had enough saying what if another customer wants. As I was there she was fighting with another customer as she denied them the food that they paid for. Some worker named rahopi or something like that. I’d rather drive an hour away to another city than to go back here. I’ve been here multiple times and every time the workers treat me terribly. I don’t like giving bad reviews but when I’m denied for something that I paid for and terrible terrible service I can’t help but warn others TO STAY AWAY. DISGUSTED.

  I just left this establishment and I am very disappointed with the customer service I received. The short stubby girl with the glasses was incredibly rude. I asked to use the washroom as she was putting my sandwich in the oven and she simply said in a rude tone "wait till I'm finished making your sandwich." Which I was surprised, but I agreed. I asked to have a combo with a drink and a cookie and she said that the machine only had Dr Pepper and I said that it was OK. I went to use the washroom and it was atrocious. There was toilet paper on the floor and urine all over the toilet seat. When I came out and I asked the girl for the keys to the other bathroom, she said use the other one and I told her that the toilet was gross. She just told me that's the only one that we have right now. When I went to pick up my sandwich, I noticed that I didn't get the combo and I asked her and she said "oh I didn't charge you for it so I just left." The subway needs to teach their employees customer service and bedside manners because if I was a mystery shopper, the store would've failed.

  Terrible experience, was choking and when I asked for water the server said no , despite having cups and a sink behind the counter. I Had to buy a water bottle, which was ridiculous.
