I had a great experience at Subway because of Manpreet. She is very friendly, polite, and professional. She makes sandwiches carefully and always listens to customers’ preferences. Her customer service is excellent, and she creates a welcoming atmosphere. Manpreet is a hardworking team member and a big reason I enjoy coming to this Subway. Highly recommended!”

Ordered a Veggie pattie footlong online. Order accepted and paid for. Drove 6 km to the store and parked in a paid parking as there's no free parking near the store, only to be told on arrival that they don't have any veggie patty.
On top of that, the server had no clue how to refund the order and kept me waiting for another 20 minutes to figure out how to refund.
