I took the sandwich back, and informed the store keeper. At first they were reluctant to believe me. It is hard to believe. Then I said that I would pay for the replacement sandwich. When they prepared the new sandwich and they surprised me by offering free. This kind of customer service level is outstanding. Subway head office take note, your ordering app has a flaw, and a mind of its own, you need to fix it to avoid food wastes. Kudos to the ladies, your store is the only one in the area that honor the promotion.
