  The breakfast menu advertised sausage and cheese for $3. I asked for bacon and cheese instead and confirmed it would be $3. The lady made it and then when I went to pay the man said it would be $5 plus tax for 1 triangle of cheese and 2 small pieces of bacon. What a joke. When I said I wouldn’t pay that when I had already confirmed it would be $3 he proceeded to tell me about egg and the price for bacon, egg and cheese even though I told him several times I don’t have egg on the sandwich. It was clear he was purposely trying to rip me off. There are literally hundreds of subway locations so you don’t need to go to this one. Also as a joke when I first asked for spinach she put 2 tiny spinach leaves on the bun. Ha. At least she added more when the only other thing I asked for was onion but still this is a franchise and there’s standards and this place does not follow the franchise standards and makes subway look really bad. If they have to be so cheap and deceive people to make a profit while not listening to customers or employees they need to close down.

  If you’re going for a salad, go elsewhere. They charge you extra above the cost of the sandwich but are really stingy with the veggies. I asked for more spinach twice and the guy was, no joke, adding it literally one leaf at a time. This has got to be a high profit item for them- I mean, the non fast-food salad place down Bay Street is literally less expensive and produces enormous salads. Here, it’s a small, lacklustre mix of wilting subway ingredients in a paper bowl. Needless to say, I wish I hadn’t come here and won’t come again.

  Horrible service. Went in to take out sandwiches for dinner and was rushed the whole time. The lady helping us was rude, didn’t listen to us and added vegetables to the sandwiches without asking us what we wanted. She then proceeded to pester us about the sauces and continuously tried guessing which sauce we would choose to get our order over with. When we were done she tossed the sandwiches towards us and went back inside. Her name started with an M, I believe, and I was absolutely stunned as otjer workers at the store were never this rude during my previous visits.

  Nice place. Good service. I came here because the other subway I go to doesn't have their bread ready until noon. The app didn't work for this store and my paid order but the staff were not rude about it and made my order when I got there. The sidekick sandwich buns were tough. Likely stick with subs.
