- ASAksha ShaikhNov 8, 20251.0Worst Subway location in Canada. I’ve been to many Subway locations across Canada, but this one has to be the worst. The staff are incredibly unprofessional. I went there a couple of days ago and there was a brown guy working inside. I called out to him several times while he was cleaning something, but he completely ignored me. I stood there for about five minutes before giving up and leaving. Today, I decided to give it another try. This time, there was a girl working. She wasn’t rude, but the amount of vegetables she put in my footlong was ridiculous. The veggies were cut so thin you could literally see through them. I’m not sure if she has to pay for them herself, but she barely added anything. It’s not like they’re selling subs for $2 or $3 they charge the same as every other Subway, so why not fill them properly? I had to ask her multiple times to add more vegetables, and each time she’d roll her eyes and toss in just two or three extra pieces. I’m usually full after a six-inch sub, but this time even an entire footlong wasn’t enough because the staff are so stingy.

However, the staff at the store today deserve praise. He’s movements were clean and efficient, and the submarine sandwiches were neatly and securely packaged (in the past, the sandwiches I've bought have generally been loosely packaged, and some didn't even have a sealing sticker). When I got home, there wasn't a single bit of sauce left on the packaging. It was a very good experience.

He wasn’t friendly, didn’t greet me, and even told me I couldn’t stand near the counter to watch my order being made. Really poor attitude — not the kind of experience I expect from Subway. They judge you as per the deal you order. Pathetic. Never going back.
