Supposed to be open until midnight! .. if you're closing before what it says then it should say hours may vary.! .I showed up 20 min before midnight and the guy said he had just closed..there was good still in food in the wells. Even for an order close to $100 he wouldn't do it. He also couldn't complete an order that was accepted on skip the dishes. Horrible! Def won't be going there ever again.

I ordered a sub for pick up on the app For 3:50 PM. I got to the store at 3:40 and the sub was already ready. I brought it home I could feel how light the bag was. I only live two minutes away. I opened the sub up and there was barely anything inside. I asked for more of everything and got less of everything It was also very soggy. I went back to the store to complain. The girl that was working there was very rude. I showed her the sub and she looked at me confused, I said that there’s nothing on this sub and she forgot to add the turkey. I asked her kindly to remake it because it was soggy and had nothing on it, and she gave me attitude and said no I’m just gonna add stuff onto it. To be honest, I don’t want a soggy sub with fresh toppings on it. So I told her again to make it, and she gave me a lot of attitude and was raising her voice at me. This location has to do a better job and hire people that actually know how to deal with people. You would at least expect her to say sorry no problem. I’ll make you another sub. It’s my fault. But she didn’t. She gave me attitude kept telling me no and started slamming things around when she started to make me a new sub. Very poor customer service on her part. Do better.

BBAS or somethinf related was the name of the person who served me.
Although he was friendly, the presentation of the sandwich was -5 on 10.
The eggs were not warmed properly or toasted.
A sheer bad experience.
