I was told that coffee advertised that comes in 12 oz or 16 oz with breakfast is not offered and is just a picture. Same goes for soup on the same billboard. The sandwich was warmed up, however, the bun was hard as plastic (bread not fresh), bacon barely cooked and even looked all pink. Customer service - The person behind the counter did her best with a smile, however, there’s not much she can do about unavailable items that are standard at most subway locations like coffee and soup. Hygiene - The hygiene is not followed, same gloves used for everything touching food and door handles. Parking - is free but very limited and you’re forced to park in the staff parking section otherwise you have to drive to park across the street in another plaza. Please change your billboards or menu altogether if you don’t offer what you promise and train your staff on cleanliness.
