I then got told they are fully cooked and the temps were correct. I was later told someone else just got the same batch of meatballs and everything is good. I asked the worker to cut a meatball now and they confirmed it was pink - these are not cooked. I simply asked if I could get a different sub on my lunch break and was told the owner would need to be asked. That’s crazy, it should be a 100% yes on the spot. I will now go back later for a full refund. Lost my business. Not worth getting sick over.
