  I was initially surprised to see this location rated three stars. After my experience, that rating feels wildly inflated. I ordered two subs through the app and received only one. When I called the restaurant, an employee named Sam answered and made it clear that he felt his responsibility ended with making the sandwich, stating that anything after that was not Subway's problem. He was openly rude, dismissive, and made no effort to help or suggest a solution, repeatedly deflecting responsibility while the driver remains unreachable and there's no way to get a refund through subway app. For the record, I don't blame him and maybe he did actually pack 2 subs but I felt that his response should have been more helpful and responsible. The service was unacceptable, and the food quality was even worse. The sub itself tasted awful and they were pretty stingy with the ingredients compared to other outlets, which made the missing second sandwich almost a relief rather than a disappointment.
