Worst possible experience ever. The service was so bad, this lady didn't understand english at all. Subway needs to stop hiring people who don't speak english and can't do basic tasks when asked. I was trying to ask for the new holiday meal, with the collaboration cookies by pointing directly at the sign and asking in plain english, and she could not for the life of me understand what I was saying. I was on call with my friend and even she said why are u asking her that ten times. And I wonder that too. Not only that she then THREW the cookies (that were not the turtles collaboration because they don't have it) onto the counter without her gloves on and shoved that into my bag. When I said "hey can i get new cookies, u dropped those" she reluctantly gave me new ones. Absolute despicable behaviour. Cannot believe this is the standard that subway has. Subway needs better hiring standards, especially in the ability to understand coherent english.

Subway seems to be intent on running itself out of business in Toronto lol. Why even pay that much for a franchise and the high minimum wages when you don’t care who you hire and instead choose to skimp on the quality of the food AS WELL as service.
It’s just mind boggling. The employees couldn’t care less about the chain or the customers, and you are made to really feel how expensive it is. Not because of the money out of your pocket, but anyone with a brain can realize that the value proposition has taken a steeeep dive.
Tbh I don’t expect that much from Subway or KFC in Toronto, but this is still a nice and kinda central location for a franchise so I just don’t understand why they hire people who hate the food they make and hate the customers they serve and even probably hate themselves lol.
The food was flimsy but fine, even double meat and a high protein need and insane subway cravings cannot justify going here again.

Sorry I don’t understand how this 6” basic sandwich cost me $14. It costs exactly double what I pay at other subways. This should not be allowed by the franchise.

All the bread is stale and all veggies are not fresh. The bread and patty is not fresh as well as price is also high as compare to other subways. I had very bad experience and i will not recommend to everyone please don’t go there. I garbaged my veggie patty subway even I didn’t take one bite because it was too much stale everything and I don’t want to compromise with my health.
