The service was really bad, I got a 6inch veggie patty and the sub was not even closed or toasted properly, it was a veggie sub so I was expecting that she would use a different knife and not the same that she used for meat but no she used the same knife. I hope the owner takes some action and teaches the employee of how to close a sub and what to use for veggie and meat subway. The price is also different from other places. Would not recommend going here at all

Terrible experience. I asked the worker for everything except onions, yet still ended up with an onion in my sub. If I happened to be allergic, that could seriously harm me. She proceeded to mess up the sauces I chose, putting an unnecessarily large quantity of mayo and adding chipotle sauce that I didn’t ask for, and continued to throw toppings on messily and sparsely. That was a bad start, but I let it go.
She then charges me $90 for my two footlong combos, which are originally only $18 each (still an insane price). Once I got my money back after advocating for myself how she charged me wrong, she decided to then only give me one of my two subs. Very disoriented, she opened the wrapping with bare hands to check that it was actually my sub that she made just 2 minutes prior. Once she finally understood that I was correct, I took the now messed-up sub to finally eat.
However, when my friend who was with me went up to the counter, he was ignored by the male worker when he asked for a knife (so I could scrape off the sauce that was making my sub soggy). The worker addressed him as ‘bro’ with a completely dismissive and rude attitude.
There are certain things I can excuse, such as a slightly messed-up order. However, this was the worst Subway I have ever been to. Somehow, one of the workers seemed to be in such a rush while the other couldn’t be bothered to help whatsoever. It’s unfortunate because the location is in a great spot. I just can’t excuse the high prices and disorganized workers.

TERRIBLE SANITATION AND SERVICE
I don’t recommend going here because I don’t want someone else getting treated the way I was.
I pulled a very thin blonde hair out of my sandwich so I took it back but no apologies, rather Nada, the owner of the store, had a very rude attitude towards me and said she has no reason to apologize. She kept making excuses that it wasn’t hers or other employee’s. Whether if it’s yours or not, shouldn’t you be apologizing first?
