    This location is very overpriced and the service was very rude. Today I ordered a chicken sub with pepperoni and even though I know I will be paying approximately three dollars extra for pepperoni meat. I didn’t expect the total bill to be almost $30 ! After adding a small bag of chips and a drink, the bill came out to almost $30. I couldn’t believe that a foot-long sub with chips and a drink would be this much. I asked the girl behind the counter to remove the drink and the chips from my Bill. When she did this, she gave me attitude saying well you ordered a drink and chips , yes I did, but I didn’t think it would come out to $30 either so you can remove those. I did ask for a receipt and you can see at the bottom of the receipt. She removed the drink and the chips. $4.80 for a drink and $4.59 for a small bag of chips are you kidding me? I’ll be passing on this location in the future and hopefully others will do the same. What a rip off. And then the owners of these types of places, wonder why their locations go out of service and they get no business. The only reason I went to this location because it was close by to where I was working today. Next time I’ll walk a little further and get something else.

    This location charges about 20-30% more than other Subways, the food is subpar and the service is quite unfriendly. There’s other Subway locations with better prices and friendlier service about 5 mins away.

    The worst subway in the city. Employees here are rude, it’s dirty and management does not solve/rectify any issues. Ingredients are not fresh and the portioning of ingredients are incredibly sad. Please do not go here and waste your money. Every now and then I get kind employees but they always seem to leave. I go here very rarely and when I’m in a pinch. But because of how poorly managed this spot and the turnover… I try to give it a shot but come almost always disappointed. Lady that worked at 8pm on Wednesday Feb 4 - very rude. Manager with the beard and turban (I forget his name) very rude and will not solve your problems unless you’re a man. Emailed head office and they emailed me back saying they’d investigate it internally but I don’t see any changes. Worst franchise store in the city.

    I asked a simple question about whether I could swap the cookie in the menu for a drink. She responded in a very rude and harsh manner. Like I am the customer if you can’t do your job don’t do it
