I ordered the footlong Peri Peri Chicken and was told only white bread was available. While preparing the sandwich, I was informed that garlic sauce was also unavailable. When I asked if it could be lightly toasted, I was told that wasn’t possible for this item. On top of that, the sandwich had very little chicken and was mostly filled with vegetables. The final product wasn’t neatly prepared and did not match what I expected from the menu or brand standards. I understand that inventory challenges can happen, but overall this experience fell short — especially when trying a new item I was genuinely excited about. I hope management reviews this location and addresses consistency and quality concerns.
