- HKHaneymoon KelemuFeb 10, 20261.0Very bad experience at this Subway. I visited on 10/02/2026 around 8:00 PM and the service was unacceptable. The staff member working at the counter had a very bad attitude, showed zero customer service skills, and made the whole interaction frustrating and uncomfortable. There was no professionalism, no politeness, and it honestly felt like customers were an inconvenience. This experience made me angry and disappointed, especially from a well-known brand like Subway. I hope the owner or management sees this review and takes action, because this kind of service will definitely drive customers away. Personally, I will not be coming back.

The bread did not taste fresh at all, since there was barely filling I can't really say anything was good. I am disappointed, I have great experience with location on bloor st. W. Will order only from there now.
