They often skimp on the protein, sometimes giving what feels like half the normal portion (as mentioned in other reviews). A few times, I’ve ordered a specific bread through the app and received something different without any explanation. I’m totally fine with substitutions if something is out, but a quick heads-up would go a long way. I used to order here often since it’s right under my building and very convenient, but after several repeat issues, I’ve started going to the other Subway a block away on Queen Street.
