It is really shocked for me. This act was done by delivery guy. I am not expected this type of Thing from subway. Very bad service.

While my order was being prepared, the employee was watching videos on his phone, barely paying attention, and was rude when handling the order. As a result, multiple clear instructions were ignored. The sandwiches were ordered grilled and toasted. They arrived cold and not grilled or toasted. I also clearly requested “don’t make it heavy with tuna”, yet the tuna sandwich was overloaded to the point of being messy and barely edible. This was not an accident — it was a lack of attention and professionalism.
