Today the guy was juggling 5 orders at once and had difficulty keeping track of everyone’s specific sandwich. I waited over 10 minutes for my order, and by the time I got back to my workplace I found out that I got someone else’s sandwich. They need to put more people working behind the counter during peak meal times to avoid these situations again.
