  My order wasn't ready yet when I came to the counter. I placed the order ahead for picked up at 4:10 PM today (Feb. 13, 2026). I saw a printed paper which apparently was my online order. There were 3 customers too. All of the customers' order were done first before mine. So I waited patiently, 2 customers were done. This time, I spoke to the staff that I am picking up an order and he said he needed to finish the last lady in the line (3rd customer). I understand that it's only one guy working but the point is, this guy should know the timing. If it says it will be ready by 4:10 he should start building the sandwich as soon as he received the online order. It was disappointing because the other order was for my daughter who came out from school without eating anything yet and rushing to just grab a bite before attending a volunteer job. So she ended up not eating anymore because she will be late. I started eating my sandwich right away, so unfortunate the bread was not warmed enough. Obviously, it was rushed! My order was not done properly. He gave me my order without saying anything. Not even a sorry from this guy for doing it late and giving my order late. What an experience!

  I am unsure what is happening with the female staff member at Subway this morning, but she is not being very composed. I added an extra avocado to my sub, and she put a very small amount on it. I asked her to please add a bit more because you can barely see it lol, but she said I had to pay another 60 cents. Is the way how you treat your customers? Terrible!
