During my visit, I was served by aloof employees not listening. I had to repeat my order. The staff was Inattentive and did not try to upsell me (good). They did not ask for my points card and just assumed I wanted to dine in. Is service degrading at all Subways or just this one? The order was not as I wanted.

Good location if you're trying to limit calorie intake as they are cheap as can be with the toppings.

Been here twice since I found out it was located in the Y&E Mall Food court. First time they didn't have the bread I wanted, the second time they had run out of cheese. They also do not let your sub toast for the full amount of time (I don't want a heated sub, I wanted one that was toasted)
How it stacks up with other locations I've been to? I don't plan on going back to this location.

Rude lady just started yelling at me because I used a coupon on the mobile app and they didn’t have the drink I ordered (+$1.50) and asked to get two of their drinks (+$0.60 each) instead. Mind you I was very calm the entire time because I get that sometimes the mobile app doesn’t match the inventory.
But instead of offering to reimburse me or even just calmly explain the situation, she started yelling at me instead saying the coupon they offer only includes water as a drink (HUH? 😂). Regardless of their own rules apart from the coupon, as a customer I’m just following what the app allows me to order? 😭
Anyways, she proceeded to yell at me again when I asked to get a receipt of the order cancellation and then told me she’ll “NEVER EVER” make my order there. Like what?! Meanwhile the owner guy was clearly there just watching her proud as she shouted customers away bc she even yelled at the old man after me. Crazy people man… Wasted a whole sandwich and sale instead of just giving me what I paid for lol

I usually order here quite a bit because I live in the building, but I had a TERRIBLE experience today and will never go back. I have already reported them to subway. The girl working (who has been mentioned in other reviews for being rude) was beyond rude! She fully ignored me, argued with me, unprofessional and should not be working is customer service. When I requested a refund because it was going so poorly she argued with me further and basically threw my food at me when I left. How she has a job is beyond me, but this was bad enough to never ever go back. Don’t go here, worst staff I’ve ever encountered.
