They missed one of the meats on my Italian BMT. There’s turkey and one other meat only– there should’ve been turkey, salami, and pepperoni. Also the bread was stale.

I usually order here quite a bit because I live in the building, but I had a TERRIBLE experience today and will never go back. I have already reported them to subway. The girl working (who has been mentioned in other reviews for being rude) was beyond rude! She fully ignored me, argued with me, unprofessional and should not be working is customer service. When I requested a refund because it was going so poorly she argued with me further and basically threw my food at me when I left. How she has a job is beyond me, but this was bad enough to never ever go back. Don’t go here, worst staff I’ve ever encountered.

Worst location I’ve been to. They barely filled my sub with toppings and the bread tasted old (the ends were hard and dry). Came here for convenience thinking it wouldn’t be too bad but honestly was a huge let down. It didn’t even taste like a subway sandwich - it was so bland. I would not return again. Next time I will go out of my way and walk the extra 10 mins to go to the mount pleasant or davisville locations.

Extremely small portion even I asked for extra veggies. The worst Subway in Toronto. Don’t buy here.

Today I had a bad experience with an old south asian representative at this subway store, I ordered my food around 10.59 am through the app and saw a lady rep making my order, I saw her pack my order around 11.03 Am and I approached to pick it up early, it was right there and then the old rep said you have to come at the designated time in a rude tone otherwise from next time you won't get your order, the time for pick up was 11.15 am, I mean make it make sense you want me to pick up my order after 15 mins of you already completing it while there are no other customers present at the location and mine was the first order you got, and its not even about the timing, the way this old rep spoke to me was disrespectful, either take such employees out or provide them with some customer service training to begin with.
