    Today I had a bad experience with an old south asian representative at this subway store, I ordered my food around 10.59 am through the app and saw a lady rep making my order, I saw her pack my order around 11.03 Am and I approached to pick it up early, it was right there and then the old rep said you have to come at the designated time in a rude tone otherwise from next time you won't get your order, the time for pick up was 11.15 am, I mean make it make sense you want me to pick up my order after 15 mins of you already completing it while there are no other customers present at the location and mine was the first order you got, and its not even about the timing, the way this old rep spoke to me was disrespectful, either take such employees out or provide them with some customer service training to begin with.

    I usually don’t leave reviews, but this crew ans this place deserves it. They were polite, efficient, and made my sub with care. Specially the vegetables were really fres. The atmosphere was calm and inviting — will definitely come back

    Avoid this location at all costs. My experience here was a perfect storm of terrible food, pathetic service, and outright rudeness. The owner is, without a doubt, the rudest and most uncaring person you could ever meet. His terrible attitude clearly trickles down to his staff. The food is just as bad. The salad was stale and the meat looked and tasted like it was expired. The girls working behind the counter refused to give me a bag for the food. I'm paying customer; a bag shouldn't be a negotiation. The final insult was the minuscule portion sizes. I ended up with a stale sandwich that was as dry as dust, with little to no filling. I had to throw it out and buy real food elsewhere. Do not waste your time, energy or money. This franchise is so unwelcoming and incompetent it's actively ruining the Subway name. The owner, the workers, and the "food" make this the worst place to eat in town.

    She tried to charge me for two veggie subs when I asked for a footlong sub to be wrapped individually. Employee was not wearing name tag, and when asked, she refused to give me her name and smerked at me. She also blamed the owner of the store for her poor behavior.

    The manager/owner is pretty rude. I asked him to cut my footlong in half and pack it separately and he was so rude and he won’t do it. I eat subway quite often and it’s the first time someone has declined doing what’s literally in their job description. They took 20 mins for my online order and i was literally waiting there watching them serve other customers and not doing anything about mine. Update 6th November So i placed an online order again since it’s near me workplace and I like subway. They made me wait 30 mins and then didnt give me the order and told me they’ve cancelled it. The employee quoted ‘My owner has told me not to give you anything since you left a bad review’. I’ve added the picture of my order which was not given to me and the two employees who were literally telling me they’ll call security if i dont leave. I wish they did had since they weren’t giving me my food (which was paid for) because i left a bad review for them. How do you expect a good review when you treat your customers like this? Please anyone tell me if there’s a customer service for subway I’ll definitely call them up and make sure this franchise learns how to treat their customers.
