Place sucks, they don’t know how to make a sub. They skimp on all the ingredients to save 10cents. All they care about is giving you as little as possible, and charging you as much as possible. Service is lazy and careless. If you want a sub go to jersey mikes in Union station. Way better service, and pay the same for way more meat. 20$ for vegetables and bread is ridiculous

Avoid at all costs, this place deserves zero stars. Employees here have absolutely no concept of customer service. They’ve handed me a 6-inch sub when I ordered a foot long more than once.
I used to go several times a week; I once asked for a cup so I could get some water. She said I would have to pay $3. You can’t even provide free water to a regular customer?
Another time the app charged my card but didn’t send my order to the restaurant. Employee kept saying it’s not her fault, nor is it her problem. Insisted that she couldn’t give me my money back, but also said there was no way she could make my order (that I was showing her from my phone had already been paid for). I even had to initiate a chargeback with my credit card company.
The franchisee is clearly more focused on maintaining an accurate cup inventory over keeping regular customers. Subway should be embarrassed how their brand is being run into the ground. Needless to say, I will never be returning.

The sub was okay, but not a winner. The cold cuts seemed a little warm, which was wierd, since I didn't get it toasted.
The sandwich artist was really slow making it. It was like watching paint dry.
Washrooms were blocked off with piles of garbage. Not very convenient if you want to use the facilities or go wash yours hands after eating. Although I have a feeling they did this on purpose to keep people from using the washroom. This is something Subway needs to look into as it is an inconvenience to paying customers and it felt deliberate.
